Question

I cancelled my free trial of Adobe within 2 days, but the subscription amount was still deducted from my account at the end of the 7-day trial period, despite an email from Adobe that it has been cancelled. What should I do? Please help.

Despite cancelling the e-mandate with my bank and my plan with Adobe within the free trial period, the amount has been deducted from my account. The bank says the mandate rests with the merchant. I cannot even find an email address to send an email to Adobe. My emails sent to the addresses given on the internet have all bounced. If I cannot cancel my plan with them, the amount will be deducted every month. Please help.

Thanks for posting to this public discussion forum, @goblet and @goblet .

I am sorry for any problems you have encountered managing your accounts and commitments to Adobe and I am sorry you did not find more value from our offerings.

I can confirm that all of the subscriptions under @goblet and @goblet have been cancelled.

@goblet you successfully completed the self-cancel process listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html on July 3rd, 2026.

For information about the cancellation and refund process see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month. Refunds occur automatically and take up to 14 days.

Please update this discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @goblet.

Hi. Thanks for replying. I have an individual account. The account shows a subscription to Adobe Assistant, although I had cancelled it

in the future, don’t use this forum for your account issues. use https://community.adobe.com/questions-6

and if your account shows a previously cancelled subscription is still active, do you have the email sent by adobe confirming that cancellation?
