I cancelled my free trial subscription one day before the deadline of the subscription yet it still charges me

I cancelled my free trial one day before the trial ended please do something adobe is charging me

    This cancellation system is awful. What did I cancel then? I thought I cancelled the free trial but I guess not? Now I have to pay the fee just to cancel the subscription. This is unacceptable. My account says “manage plan” and when I go to manage plan, it insists on making me pay and doesn’t let me change it but yet again I cancelled my subscription 1 day before the deadline. So it didn’t matter if the payment method had failed.

    you could not have cancelled if there was a payment problem.  if you cancelled before the problem, you should have an email from adobe confirming your cancellation.

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com to make sure everything you wanted to cancel is cancelled.
