Thank you for posting, @Enchanted_momentsf068.
I can see that the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription has been canceled successfully. However, there is also a separate Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that remains active on the account.
Because your Acrobat Pro plan is approaching its annual renewal, I wanted to confirm whether you would also like to cancel that subscription. If no action is taken, the plan will renew for another year at the next renewal date, @Enchanted_momentsf068.
If you would like to cancel Acrobat Pro, you can follow the steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html:
- Sign in to your Adobe account.
- Select Plans & Payments > Plans.
- Choose Manage plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Select Cancel your plan and follow the prompts.
Before proceeding, please review the cancellation terms outlined in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/subscription-terms.html. Depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the renewal date, different terms may apply.
If your goal was only to cancel the AI Assistant add-on and continue using Acrobat Pro, no further action is needed. However, if you also want to cancel Acrobat Pro before the upcoming renewal, I recommend doing so soon to avoid the next annual commitment, @Enchanted_momentsf068.
Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @Enchanted_momentsf068.
