I already cancelled my subscription and it will be fully refunded since its within 14days, where can i follow up my refund and why it took so long

If your account is eligible for refund, it takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed to the bank account. You may refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4x4tznt

I also have cancelled my subscritption while the payment was pending and haven’t used adobe in the couple of years I have had it how do I make sure this I receive a refund? or will it automatically be refunded?

I understand how concerning this must be. I can see that both Acrobat Pro and Acrobat AI Assistant are associated with the same Adobe ID mentioned in the community post. The subscriptions appear to be in a cancellation status, but no refund has been issued yet.
