I cancelled my subscription but I haven't got my refund yet. I cancelled it 1day after i was charged, when do you think it will be refunded to me.

Nnncclll, sorry you are encountering problems canceling the Lightroom Mobile plan through the Apple App Store. Please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 for information on how to request any refunds or cancellations from the Apple App Store.

check your account to make sure your refund is being processed, https://account.adobe.com

 

if it is, allow 14 days for the refund to appear on you credit card.

As suggested by kglad , if you see in your adobe account that the refund was initiated and in case its been more than 14 days, please reach out to Adobe chat support by following the following steps :
- Click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
- In the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

Please stay connected until you get connected to an Adobe support staff.
