I cancelled my subscription but I was charged anyway on the the 18th May 2026, tried to request a refund but your AI assist is not helpful at all

How can I get a refund? 
 

I cancelled my subscription but I was charged anyway on the 18th of May 2026

 

i also tried self service via help centre and the AI assist but this is not helpful at all
