I cancelled my subscription but they still charged me a month

I cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended but was still charged.

I would like to be refunded please.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As per your account info, you subscribed to two Adobe plans:

    1. Adobe Acrobat Pro
    2. AI Assistant for Acrobat

    You cancelled one of them but the other remained active which is why you are seeing these charges. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since you plan is just a day old, please feel free to cancel it following these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

    Once cancelled, please look for a confirmation email. Adobe initiates an automatic refund which gets processed within 12-14 days.

    Check if you are still not subscribed to something using https://account.adobe.com/plans

    If yes then you can contact Adobe Support to discuss your options. Also, check the refund rules at the following link
