As per your account info, you subscribed to two Adobe plans:
You cancelled one of them but the other remained active which is why you are seeing these charges. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since you plan is just a day old, please feel free to cancel it following these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html
Once cancelled, please look for a confirmation email. Adobe initiates an automatic refund which gets processed within 12-14 days.
