I cancelled my subscription got mail still money got deducted

I had taken subscription for 7 days trial later I got invoice I cancelled and got mail inspite of that my money deducted

    you failed to cancel your acrobat subscription.  you must cancel both acrobat and ai for acrobat and you only cancelled the latter.

     

    now cancel the acrobat subscriptionk, but make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    If properly cancelled, refunds are issued within 14 days.

    Make sure that you cancelled both Acrobat and the AI Assistant for Acrobat. They are separate subscriptions.

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
