    I reviewed your account info however, I could not find any previous/current subscription associated with this email address ever.

    I’d recommend you to check if you made the purchase using a different email address.

    Did you get a confirmation email regarding a successful cancellation? If so then you should get the refund. Wait for a day or two and if you still don’t see the refund then contact Adobe Support
