I cancelled my subscription within the trial period, yet I'm still being charged

I honestly feel scammed, because I only got the trial period to use Premier for a uni project last June (cancelled a week after getting the beginning of the trial), yet I was charged for the following month, cancelled again, and the same again and again. I keep being charged for a service I don't use or need any more.
It will be the 5th month in November and I can't even cancel any more because on top of the almost €80 that has been taken from my account so far, Adobe wants to charge another €78 on top of that.

Anyone has any experience with this? Seriously considering going to my back to be over with this.
And before asking, I even got a recording of my last cancellation and the subscription still is running, no email was sent or anything. The worst kind of BS. (sorry for the language)

If you cancelled, you should have received an email confirmation.  Check your spam folder for it before you contact Adobe support.
