I cannot cancel my Adobe subscriptions or remove my credit card. I request immediate cancellation of all subscriptions, a full refund of all automatically charged fees, removal of my payment details, and written confirmation.

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am unable to cancel my active Adobe subscriptions or remove my saved credit card from my account.

When I try to access the Adobe Admin Console, I receive the following error:

"You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

I have also tried accessing my subscription and payment management settings, but I cannot complete the cancellation process.

I am formally requesting the following:

  1. Immediate cancellation of all active paid subscriptions associated with my Adobe account.

  2. Immediate termination of all automatic renewals and recurring payments.

  3. Removal of my saved credit card and payment information.

  4. A full refund of all subscription fees automatically charged to my credit card, particularly those collected while I was unable to cancel my subscriptions.

  5. A detailed review of all previous automatic charges and an explanation of the refund process.

  6. Written confirmation of the cancellation of my subscriptions, removal of my payment method, and the outcome of my refund request.

I have been unable to manage or cancel my subscriptions through Adobe's system. Therefore, I request that my refund claim be reviewed fairly, taking into account the difficulties I have experienced.

Please escalate this matter to the Adobe Billing and Refunds Department and provide a prompt resolution.

Thank you.

    Hello, thank you very much.
At this stage, it won't let me get in touch without paying for the next month, which is a completely absurd error.

As the error says contact your admin as you seem to be a part of enterprise licensing. Check the following article to know how to figure out who is the admin

It appears you do not have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you believe you should have access, please contact your system administrator.

I am receiving this warning. This is an individual account, not an organizational (enterprise/business) account.
