I cannot change my Adobe Express registered email account to another. I am getting an error msg

I want to change the current registered email address for my Adobe Express (non-profit) to another email address used by the non-profit organization. but getting an error always. tried more than 10 times over the past 2 to 3 week. refer to error message screenshot below.

I understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change your email address to one that is already registered with Adobe.

To resolve this, please contact Adobe Support using the link. They’ll be able to review the account details and guide you through the available options.
