Question

I cannot find a way to chat with Adobe customer service!

Hi everyone -

So I have a specific issue that can't be solved by reading the online help guides, but requires action from someone.

I click on the link that says that I can chat with a real human, but it only takes me to a page with more links! This page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

But it only shows options (cancel plan, install and download, change plan) with a bunch of instructions. None of which I need.

And when I follow another path and find the link that promises I can chat with "real people", guess what, it takes me back to the link!

So I'm stuck in a loop. At this point, I may just challenge the charge via Paypal, and the first thing they ask is, "have you tried to contact Adobe as a first step?" And the answer is...well, they don't make it easy!

Thanks so much to anyone who can assist.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
