I cannot see UPI option in payment methods. I saw UPI option 1 week ago, but not now. I am from India. It's likely you removed this option.

    try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled..  if that fails to help with a paynment problem, contact adobe support via social media.
