I cannot sign into my account and cancel my plan

I had a student account with a Lightroom plan, but i recently changed my mail and the school that i was in deleted my previous account. The plan is still active and i'm paying that tho

So now i have a creative cloud account connected to a deleted email that takes money from me

I cannot sign in that account becuase that mail no longer exists.

contact adobe support and see if they can help you. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
