I cannot un-subscribe Adobe Acrobat

I have been charging certained amount every month.  But there's no purchase history when I login to adobe accout.
I cannot contact Adobe service centre..............

if you think your credit card is being fraudulently used, contact your card issuer and report fraud.

Thank you for your response, however, I have been charging $28.99 per month since Dec 2024.

19/12/24 x $28.99

20/01/25 x $28.99

19/02/25 x $28.99

19/03/25 x $28.99

17/04/25 x $28.99

Total: $144.95

I have other user name: cho_nolan_6797, but there's no any exiting plan either.

Could you please reund the amount to me ASAP? Thanks.
