I cant access my premium pack

Hello am afnan rahman from india , kerala , recently i changed my region of my iPhone to malayasia for my vacation days, i have purchased lightroom premium for ₹1699 rs during in india , when i return from malayasia i have lost my premium lightroom because of region was changed .after that I purchased 1month plan too but nothing changed i cant even try it .could you please do further assistance for my lightroom great experience, With sincerely will wait for the replay, THANKYOU
