Question

I cant seem to download photoshop through creative cloud

I am taking a photography class and my college has given all of the students free access to photoshop so that we can complete our coursework from home. My 'plan' is Adobe for Enterprise. Once I have creative cloud downloaded it tells me I cant manage apps or download anything. It says "Permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable app management". I figure this could be on my schools end too, but I thought i'd check here. Thanks in advance.

Contact your IT Dept.  Once they set this up, they'll give your the correct log-in ID and password.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your Enterprise ID and password.

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access.

THIS HAS TO BE SET UP THROUGH THE SCHOOL
