I could not cancel when I wanted

Hello I was on the 7 day free trail and when I went to cancel it didn't allow me to cancel, it said there was a billing issue and this went on for a month(the whole of April) and now it charged me for this month and I was able to cancel, so I wanted to find out if I will be getting a refund and now how will the billing issue work since I tried to cancel the subscription on the last day of the free trial and it didn't let me and now I owe the cancelation fee

    can you reach that chat window?  

     

    if not, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.  if you can reach it, bypass the bot by typing “agent” in the chat field.

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
