I created my account with my school email, but this semester, my school changed our emails...
I no longer have access to the email that I used to create my account and I don't get the option to sign in any other way. It just keeps asking for the verification number that was sent to the email I don't have anymore.
I was given no warning about the change in email. I only made my adobe account a week or so ago, using the email I had saved for school. I don't normally use this email, but I was given no warning about the change, so I was unaware it had changed.
Now, the only way I can get ahold of support is to sign in and the only way to sign in is to put in the code from the non-existent email account.
Please help!
