I´d like to ask Adobe people why I have paid for 5 Photoshop and 2 Premiere elements in the same day

No company let's their customers to get in touch with them nowadays.

There was some downoad issues or something and i have paid for 7 products when I only wanted and gor two.
One Photoshop and one Premiere..

Anyody know how I could get in touch with them... Al kinds of text are visible -like "Chat" etc. but they seem to be just text.
