I'd like to cancel my subscription and get a refund.

Hi, I'd like to cancel my Adobe InDesign subscription. I subscribed for one month initially and meant to cancel it before the month ended. But before I could get to it, my card was charged for a second month. I'd like to cancel my subscription as I've completed the project for which I subscribed initially. Can I get a refund? Thank you.

    You need to contact Adobe directly. Nobody here can help you with this.

    Hi, I couldn't find their support email address. That's why I posted the question here. If you know their email address, could you please post it? Thanks!

    @Opuere28096166s13z

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms (eg, refund eligibility) by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
