I deleted my account a while ago, still getting charged

Question

As the subject says. I deleted my Adobe account a while ago (after taking the time to cancel my subscriptions, by the way. I shouldn't have anything to be charged for.) and yet I just checked my bank account only to see "Adobe Inc CA" stealing $24.70 a month from me for some unknown subscription I should not be subscribed to. Now that I have no account to refer back to, (having to recreated my account just to send this post.) what do I do to get these charges to stop?

Michael, thanks for posting to this public discussion forum. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions or recent charges under this account. We don't allow accounts to be deleted if you have an active commitment to Adobe, so please see https://adobe.ly/4plyjk1 to locate the account with the active subscription so you can access or manage the service you are still paying for.  ^JW
