I have cancelled my subscription in adobe and yet got charged twice. I have cancelled during the 7 trail days.

check your account to confirm you successfully cancelled. then contact adobe support to discuss. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
