PLEASE HELP! I didn't buy adobe stock

i bought creative cloud in January.  I just realized adobe stock has been charging me for three months even though i never bought the app, not even the free trial month. I wanted to cancel my subscription but it would cost me another  € 170 but I never even used it. How can I solve this problem and get a refund? Please help!

Honestly it was a mistake on my behalf, I accidentally clicked on something i shouldn't have, I just didn't realize it. The employee was helpful after I explained my situation and cancelled my subscription without a fee.

if you have time, did they explain why the charge was made?

Maybe you should have read the confirmation mail that you got. It's all written there: what you subscribed to and what it costs. If you haven't used the stock subscription, Adobe is in most cases willing to cancel. You should ask in a friendly tone.

Ok so this is not the original poster but I just today got a charge for adobe stock and not only have a never once even applied for the free trial (its literally right under my current plan as "start free trial") , I've never once been charged for it before ever

Now, randomly I get a bill renewal reminder from adobe for my already existing adobe inc bill, and outta nowhere I get charged 2 bills. Now thankfully there was no money in the account so it couldn't go through but why at all did I even get it?

if you suspect fraudulent use of your credit card, contact the issuer and report it.

contact adobe support to discuss.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
