Question

I did not make an Adobe Photograph Plan subscription and now I am being charged every month. Help...

I was checking my bank account today and I realized that there was a monthly fee charge for Adobe Photograph Plan in my transaction history. It also happened last month in May. I did not subscribe to Adobe Photography Plan and I need help in cancelling this. I would also like a refund if possible because I do not ever recall making a subscription plan. I would like some help in dealing with this situation.

I moved your post over from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum, Account, Payment & Plan.

 

Do You or Did You at any time subscribe to Any Adobe subscription plan in any way?

Did you have an Adobe Account, an Adobe ID, Before these charges showed up and If you did is it the same as the one you used to start this conversation?

 

If you did not subscribe and did not have an Adobe ID before you started this conversation then someone has stolen your CC number and signed up for an Adobe subscription using it. In that case you need to contact your bank or CC company and dispute the charges and get a New card number.

 

If you did/do have an Adobe subscription then someone accessed your computer and or Adobe ID email address and password and signed up for anopther subscription without telling you.

Thank you for your help! I was able to contact the Adobe employees live and they have helped me cancel the unknown subscription.
