I did not realise that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 24. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

    The refund window ended in March -- 14 days after you downloaded the trial.

    Hi Jeff,
    Unfortunately I cannot access to your customer service via the link you have provided.
    I am happy with your apps but I don't need my personal subscription anymore since my company has internally approved my professional account for Adobe apps. So could you please provide me with another link or an email account to reach out? Thank you!
