Thank you for your post, @precise_ninja5896.

I apologize for any confusion and appreciate your long-term use of our services.

I reviewed the account information available to us and can see that the Photography plan was originally started on January 22, 2022. Since the plan has been active for several years, this does not appear to be a recent free trial conversion.

If you are currently seeing a cancellation fee, it is typically because the plan is being canceled outside of the initial 14-day refund period. You can review Adobe's subscription terms and cancellation policy here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

If you would like to cancel the plan, you can follow the steps in this guide:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

If you believe the subscription was created without your authorization, please get in touch with our support team so they can review the account details with you:

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @precise_ninja5896.

if you started a free trial that was not canceled, you agreed to a paid subscription.

It seems that is cancellation fee. It is levied if you try to cancel after 14 days. Check the article on refund it explains this. If you still need help you can contact Adobe Support as well. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

You can cancel it yourself and if you cancel it within 14 days you will get a full refund. See the following articles on how to cancel and refund rules
