I didn't apply for the ฿1,904.60 plan, but why is there a bill that I owed? Notified since yesterday Even though I didn't apply.

Normally, I apply for the ฿380.92 plan and that's it.

Can something like this be fixed?

change it, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/upgrade-change-plan.html

 

if you see a penalty when trying to change, contact adobe support per above.  there should be no penalty when changing plans.
