I didn't even know I had a subscription and randomly was charged, please give a refund this has been the most frustrating way to request a refund, I was charged 12.85 earlier today

您好经理,我也是在不知情情况下被扣了月付费用,我已在平台网站上申请退款,请问您能否帮我查看退款申请有无成功,我是在订阅套餐后14天内申请的退款,我认为我符合退款资格,但是却在个人中心查询不到退款流程。如果您能查到有我的退款申请,请邮箱告知,非常感谢您的帮助! :脸红::脸红:
