Question

I do not want your cloud

Dear Adobe, I am paying monthly to have access to After Effects.

I DO NOT want your cloud storage or whatever it is. Every time I turn on my PC, I get a warning notification that I need to actualize my payment method and subscribe to cloud.

How can I completely once and for all tell your stupid cloud that I am not interested?

Thank you so much

After Effects is part of Creative Cloud, and when you are subscribed to After Effects, you are subscribed to a Creative Cloud product. If you're getting a message that you need to actualize your payment method then tgere was an issue with your payment.

Check https://account.adobe.com/plans

I have sub for 20€ which gives me AE. The Creative Cloud app tells me I have to pay additional 10e for 1TB Cloud storage. Which I DO NOT WANT.

Thank you for your answer though

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
