THEY HAVE MY CARD NUMBER AND THEY CHARGED ME 24€ EVEN I DONT HAVE ANY PLAN WITH ADOBE ILUSTRATOR. I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I ASK THEM TO REFUND ME THIS AMOUNT.

If you truly haven't purchased any products from Adobe, then it's probable your credit card has been compromised. Talk to your bank.
