I don't know what I'm paying for!

Hi, I found out today that I'm paying other than Photoshop, also in something I don't know called: GOOGLE ADOBE INC. It costs me 34.07 dollars, I'm a student, it's a lot of money for me, I don't have such an option to pay for something like this that I'm not even familiar with.
Dear Friends! Please explain to me what it is? And how to cancel it urgently!
Many thanks in advance!

check your adobe account to see if that's an adobe charge, https://account.adobe.com

if you see something unexpected there contact adobe support*.  otherwise, make sure that you're not responding to a phising email.  ie, check your credit card to see if you're being changed, and is so, contact google if the charge might be something you added to an android device from the google play store, or if you suspect fraud, contact your credit card company.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

if no subscription, start here, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

if you still don't recognize the charges, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.

@jorge_6525

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
