I forgot to cancel. Can I get refund?

Es que no me di cuenta que tenía la suscripción por más de 1 mes y 15 días. Estuve revisando mi correo y vi la suscripción, y por eso tuve que cancelar. Osea no me pueden reembolsar.

    Refunds are provided only when the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. I can see that you two active plans, Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat since 1 month and 17 days which makes your account ineligible for refund.

    Since both of your plans are billed monthly, I’d recommend you cancelling them right away(if you do not wish to use them) to avoid getting billed next month.

    Solicito la revisión de mi caso y la posibilidad de un reembolso. La suscripción fue realizada por error por mi sobrino de 7 años desde mi dispositivo, sin que yo tuviera conocimiento de la contratación. Al percatarme de la situación, procedí a cancelar la suscripción de inmediato. Agradecería que pudieran evaluar excepcionalmente mi solicitud de reembolso.

    Por medio de la presente, comunico que se produjo un error en el proceso de suscripción realizado recientemente. Debido a esta situación, la suscripción fue registrada de manera incorrecta. Solicito se revise el caso y se realicen las correcciones correspondientes. Agradezco su atención y apoyo para solucionar este inconveniente.
