I get the following error: We can’t verify your subscription status.

Hello 

 

I am in the following situation where I get the Error of: We can’t verify your subscription status when I try load XD only (Screen shots attached). I am able to load other Adobe products. My account is fully paid and upto date.

 

 

I have taken the following steps

 

  1. I have followed all the steps on: https://helpx.adobe.com/africa/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html#1xx
  2. I have reinstalled Windows (fresh installation)
  3. I have logged out of my laptop (which used my second seat)

 

Please can you assist me

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

then if your subscription is active, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-xd.html
