I got an email that says "Your Adobe email address changed!"

In our other account, we received an email that says "Your Adobe email address changed!"

However, we didn't initiate it and the email didn't get a confirmation email if we really wanted to change the email.

How can we recover our account?

who's "we"?  eg, do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

 

and have you enbled 2fa, yet?

Hi Jeffrey,

 

I did not change the email address. It seems someone else did have access to the other account <Removed by moderator> and changed it to another email address. Unfortunately, I can't sign in to it to add another email address.
