Thank you for your update, @casual_Eclipse2996.

I apologize for the problems you continue to encounter managing your recent subscriptions.

I reviewed the account details associated with your community profile and found two active subscriptions that started on August 27:

    • Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant

The $36.98 charge appears to be related to those active subscriptions.

If you no longer need one or both plans, you can review or cancel them through your Adobe account:

Because these subscriptions were recently purchased, any applicable refund will be processed automatically after you complete the cancellation. Once the refund is issued, it can take up to 14 days for your payment provider to return the funds.

You can also review your subscription and billing history by signing in to your Adobe account and checking the Plans and Payment History sections.

If you have questions after reviewing your account subscriptions, @casual_Eclipse2996,  please update this public discussion thread so we can continue to assist.

I did not get my question answered. I’m just trying to get a refund. Do anyone have the customer service number?
