I got charged for adobe pro although. I cancelled before the 7 day trial ended. I cancelled The same day if not the next day after I started my trial because it didn’t fix what I needed. I logged into my Adobe account and it doesn’t have any active paid plans listed under my account with the email I used. I have tried to contact the company using the live chat but it ends the conversation before I ever get an agent. I have tried multiple times to find a way to contact someone. I would like my account cleared and a refund.
