I got charged for Photoshop when I haven't even used it

Question

I took the 7 day free trial. It said I'd be charged on the 19th of July 2026. I got charged before I could cancel OR USE PHOTOSHOP. I GOT CHARGED and I haven't used a single thing. Am I eligible for a refund? I HOPE I AM cause now I can not use the software since i canceled it immediately while I also accidentally paid for it. In a nutshell, i paid for something I CANNOT USE

A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel
