I got charged for something and I can't cancel it.

Hi everyone.

 

I checked my bank account today and realized that Adobe has been charging me for a subscription that does not exist in my Adobe account. I chatted with someone from the support, but they couldn't find the charges. I checked my emails and it doesn’t say anywhere that I subscribed to anything. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe you or a family member ordered an Adobe mobile app from Google Play or Apple's App Store. 

In such cases, you would need to contact Google or Apple.

If you do not have a subscription contact the fraud people at your credit card to cancel that card to obtain a new one, with a new number,

Contact your bank to have the charges reversed.
