if you did not ever start a trial or subscription with adobe, you won't be able to use the contact help from @Manan Joshi, and in fact should contact your credit card's issuing financial institution to report your card's been compromised.

Good point by @kglad. So some things for you to think about

  • Did you take any trial of Adobe software in the past? If yes do you remember cancelling it explicitly and getting a confirmation for successful cancellation.
  • Did you check if someone from your family who might have access to your card may have used it to buy an Adobe subscription
  • Also there is a possibility that your card could have been compromised

Hi @Hannah26732622pn23,

These are peer to peer forums so no one here can act on your request or check what is causing the charge to you. What you need to do is contact Adobe support and get this resolved. Follow the steps given below to contact support, they will surely help you out

1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers
