I got the problem with renewal payment by Debit card.

Hello, Adobe agent

I got the problem with renewal payment by Debit card. So I tried to other ways to pay but nothing.

Could you please cancel my current package? I'll subscribe later.

I am poor in English. Sorry for any conflict in this conversation.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
