Question

I had a free trial for one of their plans and cancelled it within that same week. I got an email and all confirming my cancellation. A couple weeks later I get charged from Adobe and I look and see I have no plans. Is there any way to get a refund?

In the email it said “We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat will end on 14-May-2026 (PT).” Then I get charged. When I cancelled my subscription, I had no active plans and made sure because I did not want to have this exact issue. I only used Adobe once.

I did cancel it too. June 1st. When they charged me. And they sent me an email on May 23rd saying they were trying to charge me and the payment failed. And that was a couple days after I initially started it. And so I cancelled it the day I recieved the mail which is why I was confused. Because now I had two plans? Regardless, I cancelled both within the 14 days. But now I am confused.
