Hello Adobe Support,

I woke up and noticed a £4.98 charge on bank account from Adobe, which caught me by surprise. So I checked my Adobe account as I was sure I hadn’t signed up for any subscriptions at all. I then realised there was an active subscription which I do not recollect signing up. I instantly cancelled it, and since I wasn’t using it, or planned on using it, I would like to get a full refund for this.

Thank You,

Regards.

and after cancelling all subscriptions, recheck your account to make sure they all were cancelled on adobe’s end, https://account.adobe.com

    Hi @reliable_soldieree42

    We appreciate you reaching out.

You can identify your Adobe charge following this article: https://adobe.ly/4wRuTd6

As the expert mentioned, Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase.

    I hope it helps.

Adobe does not track app usage. The rules are simple, if the cancellation is done within 14 days of the initial subscription, the refund is processed automatically. If applicable refunds reflect in the bank in 14 days. See the following article for more details
