I had opted for a free trial on Adobe AI acrobat and cancelled it well within the free trial period. I am still charged for it.

The subscription email says

The opt out email says:

We've processed your cancellation request and your membership to AI Assistant for Acrobat will end on 21-January-2026 (PT).

Don’t know why even after cancelling I was charged!!
