I have 2 accounts, i dont know how to change this.

I have purchased the adobe creative cloud once, but somehow i have an other account. I just want to speak with someone from adobe, to help me figure everything out before i keep.paying for nothing..

 

Adobe where are you??? You guys are so hard to contact, its unbelievable..
