I have 3 accounts that are not active and I get billed every month. Can't get anyone to help

I can't believe I can't get any help on this. I have multiple accounts that do not have active subscriptions. I'm trying to find info for my active account which I'm billed everymonth. The chat is useless and you can't contact Adobe unless you are logged into an active account. Be nice to use this before I stop payment on an account that's out there but I can't log in to.

Why is the chat useless? The chat is the preferred method to contact Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
