Question

I have a problem

My laptop is broken and running slow and can't stand heavy apps like Photoshop
So I haven't been able to use Photoshop for two months
My money was withdrawn and I'm not using Photoshop due to a laptop failure
I love and work on Photoshop and don't want to unsubscribe and withdraw my money
Is there a way to stop photoshop and cash withdrawals? without canceling
Until I buy a new laptop and work on Photoshop
I don't want to cancel my plan or pay the cancellation fee
I just want to stop
Then appeal again
I tried to contact Photoshop and support, but I couldn't
Please help me to solve my problem

Hi @ATHEER5FA4,

Unfortunately, you can't have it both ways.  Either you have a subscription or you don't.  Pick one.

The costlier month-to-month plan can be cancelled without penalty fees.  But the less costly annual plan is a 12 month commitment.  So you have just 3 options:

1. Get a replacement computer without delay.

2. Keep paying for Photoshop even though you're "vacationing" from it.

3. Cancel and pay the 50% early termination fee.  Sign-up for a new plan later when you get your new computer.

Before you purchase, be sure to read Photoshop's latest system requirements to ensure you're getting the right equipment to run Creative Cloud + OS + other apps.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

Hope that helps & happy shopping!  🙂

No-one here can do anything with accounts as we do not work for Adobe. You would need to contact customer care directly.

Note : Please do not respond to anyone here, or by private message, asking for account information. Scammers are known to do that.
