I have a problem with my subscription

hello

I have a problem with my subscription , If I want to activate the subscription, it asks me to subscribe again, and upon approval, it tells me that there is a previous subscription and shows me a message that an error occurred, and now I cannot benefit from my subscription. Thank you.
