    Thank you for posting, @jeremy_8466.

I can understand your concern about seeing a charge you weren't expecting.

Before we go further, can you confirm whether you're associated with the account that posted here as JJ92873349, or are you posting under a different Adobe Community account?

I can see that a Creative Cloud Photography plan was started on June 25 and that the subscription was successfully changed to a Lightroom plan today. I want to make sure we're discussing the correct Adobe account before providing any additional guidance.

Thanks for helping us confirm the connection between the accounts.

Yes I started a photography plan on the 25 June free trial, when I tried to download on my MacBook the software didn’t support it and I couldn’t afford a new Mack book, so I contacted adobe and explained on the same day and they cancelled it. I received an email of cancellation.

I have found out that I still have a plan ????

However I have an email from June stating below

    Cancellation confirmed
We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB will end on 17-June-2026 (PT).

    Thanks for confirming, @jeremy_8466.
I reviewed your account details again and found that all your Adobe plans are cancelled and Adobe has initiated refund to your bank account. It may take 10-14 days for the refund to get processed.

Thanks for your patience, and please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. We're happy to help.

    Thank you for posting, jj92873349.

I can understand how stressful it is to see a charge when you believe your subscription was canceled.

I reviewed the account associated with this community profile and do not see any active subscriptions.

Please use Adobe's Charge Finder to identify the source of the charge:

    https://adobe.ly/4xIWDjX

Enter the payment details exactly as they appear on your bank or card statement. The tool can help identify the account associated with the charge.

If you're unable to locate the charge using the Charge Finder, please follow the guidance on that page for additional assistance.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, jj92873349. ^JW
